What is the purpose of the Pilot Program?

Our pilot program is designed to provide children on the spectrum with a supportive environment where they can explore sensory activities, enhance communication skills, and build social connections. By opening with a Pilot Program first, this gives parents and Sunshine Sensory Center the opportunity to gauge the effectiveness of its programs and make changes if/as needed.
 
Who can participate in the Pilot Program?

The program welcomes children on the spectrum, typically aged one through 4 years. Our trained staff is experienced in providing personalized support for each child's unique needs.
 
What types of activities will be included in the program?

Participants can look forward to a variety of engaging activities such as sensory exploration, creative arts, music therapy, structured play, and social skills development. Each activity is designed to be fun and enriching!
 
How many children will be in each session?
 
To ensure personalized attention and support, we limit group sizes. Our staff to child ratio will allow for meaningful interactions and engagement during every session.
 
What is the schedule for the Pilot Program?

The pilot program will run from January 20th, 2025 to March 21st, 2025 in Peoria, Arizona. Daycare hours will be held Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, providing flexible options for families.
